Our refund policy is in accordance with current regulations set by Australian Consumer Law

The print and packaging department is very thorough at maintaining the highest standards but if for some reason there is a fault in the print paper or if there is a corrupt digital file – please let us know immediately and we will replace the product upon return of the damaged product.

We do not replace on damage that has occurred while products have been in your possession.
